In addition to being an accomplished attorney, Ms Blackwood, has taken specialized training in mediation and has a strong background in workplace investigations.  She uses this background to conduct mediations that resolve issues before they snowball into costly litigation.  She has trained with several of New York’s most powerful mediators and uses their insights as well as her own experience to bring closure to festering conflicts and often new understanding between participants.
