Leadership Assessment

Time and again, Ms. Blackwood has seen individuals either miscast for their roles, or hired for technical expertise with no thought to whether they had the aptitude to be good leaders.

Those with leadership aptitude are rarely provided with insights needed to maximize leadership skills and overcome development needs. Ms. Blackwood conducts leadership assessments in conjunction with some of the leaders in the field.
