Even if an organization has enlightened leaders who have been effectively coached and kept informed of relevant laws and leadership best practices, they will be stymied if they lack a cohesive workforce. With this in mind, Ms. Blackwood conducts culture transformation sessions to move beyond the traditional DEI approach so that colleagues can learn to work together to improve problem solving, create a shared vision, form deeper connections with each other and often create solutions that did not come to light beforehand.
The transformation evolves when colleagues see each other’s personalities and recognize how they can benefit from or chafe at each other depending on how these differences are handled.
